By maintaining your sales and purchase ledgers I can raise invoices and provide full credit control, request and ensure payment of any purchase invoices, giving you peace of mind that your accounts are under control, letting you focus on running your business.

About:
I enrolled in a bookkeeping course as I worked as an accounts assistant in 2007 and in 2009 for my project in AAT on ‘Managing Accounting Systems & People’ I approached Maria’s Animal Shelter and have been her bookkeeper ever since.
I put procedures into place as all I had to deal with was pieces of paper as receipts, a few invoices and bills in an ice cream tub. I set up manual records, petty cash and cash book, Profit and loss and a nominal ledger.
I designed and implemented animal incoming and re-homing forms to bring some organisation to the charity.
I deal with Gift-Aid and annual returns to the charity commission and HMRC.
I am now a certified Bookkeeper, qualified to level 3 in Association of Accounting Technicians, and International Association of Bookkeepers qualifications in Sage Software.
